Sleeping
Accommodations– Three bedrooms sleep a total of 10 guests –
the Master Bedroom with a king size bed and the other two bedroom
with 2 queen beds each. All mattresses are new, Simmons
Posturepedic, pillow tops. All pillows are new. The beds are
provided with new
sateen 440 thread
count
sheets and pillow cases, goose down comforters and cotton duvets.
Extra sheets and blankets are available. All sheets, pillow cases
and duvets are laundered prior to your arrival.
Two queen sized futons sleep 4. Alternative
configurations available to increase the sleeping capacity.

Bathrooms
– Bathrooms are provided with new bath towels, face towels and
wash cloths, hair dryers, toilet tissue, bath soap and toilet
cleansers. Bath towels are large (30” x 56”) heavy weight cotton
as are used in finer hotels.

Kitchen
–
Stove/oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, dish washer, microwave,
coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware (place settings for 12),
glassware that includes both white and red wine glasses, cutlery
and cookware, paper towels, trash
bags, sponges, dish soap, dishwashing detergent and Windex.

Laundry –
Washer and dryer, detergent, softener, bleach.

Entertainment –
Stereo system throughout the Cabin. Large screen HDTV on first
floor with Direct TV, including HBO and local channels. TVs in
Kitchen and bedrooms, pool table, bar, heated garage for
snowmobiles and ski equipment. Nordic round Hot Tub located on
deck that accommodates up to 6 people. Gas barbeque on deck (3
burner stainless steel Vermont Castings).

Communications –
Wireless, high speed DSL Internet connections. Telephone for
local calls – credit card required for all long distance calling.
Cellular phone service is questionable from this location,
depending upon provider’s coverage.

Comfort Systems –
The Cabin was constructed using the latest in state-of-the-art
systems to ensure the comfort of our guests. These included foam
foundation forms that provide 8 inches of insulation in the First
Floor walls, 10” Structural Insulated Panels that form the Cabin’s
roof,
Andersen Thermopane windows throughout and an in-floor radiant
heating system utilizing a computerized Buderus oil-fired heating
system that warms from the feet up rather than from the head
down. This system can be monitored and tuned remotely via the
Internet, permits stocking feet walking on all surfaces and
virtually eliminates drafts.

Management
– The Cabin is overseen by people in the nearby
area. This makes for easy key exchange, personable service and
7/24 on-call service if required.
